Join fellow nature lovers for a guided tour of Lincoln Park Zoo’s diverse plant life and ecosystems. During each tour, a zoo horticulturist will point out interesting species in bloom, answer questions from guests, and discuss the horticulture program’s past, present, and future. Things to Get Excited About: Spring flowering trees, like crabapples and redbuds Summer prairie flowers, like milkweed and rattlesnake master Hardy hibiscus and native hydrangea The fall colors of maple and gingko trees The faunal associations of pollinators, birds, and small mammals For any questions, please email learning@lpzoo.org.
